  • Our administration team provides our financial planners with the support they need to deliver an excellent service.
  • We are committed to making sure our financial planners are all qualified and are working towards the highest possible level of qualification. Some also hold additional qualifications and can provide advice on specialist areas. Between them, they have many years’ experience providing sound financial planning advice.
  • We will offer a meeting at FMB’s Shenstone office to assess your needs at least annually. You will receive details of our discussions in writing, including any changes to your financial plan and actions that need to be taken.
  • We will provide you with information on how your investments are performing.
  • We will make sure that your investments are still in line with your attitude to risk and loss and advise if any changes are required.
  • We will let you know if any changes need to be made to keep your retirement plans on track.
  • We will make recommendations on how to minimise income tax and capital gains tax (CGT).
  • We will assess or review your need for inheritance tax (IHT) planning and trust advice.
  • We will assess or review your need for protection and life insurance.
  • We will assess or review your need for long term care planning.
  • Our friendly and knowledgeable planners and customer services teams will be available by phone or email to take care of your needs and keep you updated. We will call you back normally within 48 hours or sooner if urgent.
  • We have access to financial products and investments from the whole of the market. Our approved panel is kept under close review to ensure that only the best make the grade.
  • We will keep detailed records of your financial plan on our state of the art software system. Being able to access your history and current position easily allows us to answer any queries promptly.
  • We can deal with all correspondence on your behalf.
  • We will provide a second opinion service so you can use us as a sounding board if you have read or heard something about finance and want to know more.
  • We work with Solicitors and Accountants where necessary to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
  • We will e-mail updates regularly on financial planning matters relevant to our clients.
  • We will never undertake the work we recommend without being clear about how much it will cost. All our financial plans and reports contain a remuneration section that outlines all applicable fees so you can see how much it will cost to implement the changes.
