We are holding a FREE taster session with Nicola Sproson of Nic’s Nordic Walks for any of our clients who are interested in learning about Nordic Walking.
Due to the popularity of the event, we are now holding two back-to-back sessions; one starting at 2pm and one at 3pm and we currently have a few spaces remaining on each. Why not join us?
Learn the basics in our FREE hour-long taster session with Nicola Sproson of Nic’s Nordic Walks. The session will not be too vigorous and can be enjoyed by people of many abilities. Afterwards, we will make our way to the on-site cafe for some well-deserved complimentary cake and refreshments.
Free parking passes will be provided on the day.
About Nordic Walking...
Nicola has been working with the FMB team to promote well being through Nordic Walking. We have known Nicola for many years; she is passionate about the outdoors and her sessions are entertaining as well as a great workout.
Nordic Walking was developed by cross country skiers to keep fit in the Summer, it is not just 'walking with sticks' as some folk think, but is sport designed to work the whole body. You will find the technique changes the way the body moves and improves posture from the first lesson.
