Hours: Part Time; 9am - 5pm Thursday & Friday plus optional additional full day for suitable candidate & flexibility for additional holiday cover
We are looking for a welcoming, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the FMB team as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
The role will be to provide comprehensive reception service and admin support service to the Directors, Managers and Financial Planners which will involve answering and transferring telephone calls, welcoming visitors, handling incoming and outgoing post and general office administration.
Candidates must have previous experience of manning a busy reception area and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. The candidate should also have a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
The position will require the candidate to work two full days; 9am to 5pm Thursday and Friday, however, we are looking for a flexible individual who would be able to work up to an additional 12 days per annum to cover holidays. For the suitable candidate, there is the option to increase the standard working hours to three full weekdays, if required.
