It's the Mental Health Foundation's awareness week beginning on the 13th May. The theme is movement and we have lots of activities planned at lunchtime and after work. Running, desk stretches and a team rounders tournament!
As well as movement, sleep is also crucial for good mental and physical health. In a job which can be mentally taxing, we sometimes leave our brains overstimulated and it's not uncommon for those with desk jobs to find sleep difficult.
We are adopting a sleep challenge this week to help us incorporate some healthy bedtime routines for a better nights zzzzz
