Warm up this winter by joining us for our FREE Nordic Walking taster session with Nicola Sproson of Nic’s Nordic Walks.
The taster session will last for approximately 60 minutes before we head to the Ramblers Bar at The Inn on the Lake to warm up with some complimentary soup, sandwiches and cake. Don't worry, the taster session will not be too vigorous and can be enjoyed by people of many abilities.
About Nordic Walking:
Nicola has been working with the FMB team to promote wellbeing through Nordic Walking for quite some time now. We have known Nicola for many years; she is passionate about the outdoors and her sessions are entertaining as well as a great workout.
Nordic Walking was developed by cross-country skiers to keep fit in the Summer, it is not just 'walking with sticks' as some folk think, but is a sport designed to work the whole body. You will find the technique changes the way the body moves and improves posture from the first session.
