How to Use Zoom - Mini Training Session

Venue: FMB Office, Shenstone House, Helsington, Kendal, LA8 8AA

Since the pandemic, more and more events and training sessions have been moved online using platforms such as Zoom - ourselves included. We regularly hold virtual events to give those that wouldn't usually be able to make it to our office, the chance to participate. However, we know that the idea of using new technology can be daunting and there will be a number of our clients who haven't used Zoom before. That is why we have chosen to hold a mini training session at our office on how to use this popular online communication platform. These tools will not only help you if you would like to get involved with one of our virtual events in the future but will also enable you to get involved in other virtual events that are of interest and the ability to use Zoom to keep in touch with friends and family who might live further afield.

If you want to bring a device along with you such as a smartphone, tablet or laptop, then we can help you get set up. We will also run through the basics of the Zoom platform including how to sign in, how to join a meeting, using your camera and microphone and the various buttons you might come across.

If you would like to join us for this session, please call the office on 01539 725855 and reserve your place.
