We are delighted to welcome Kim Bradshaw the creator and owner of "The Zero Pantry", Kirkby Lonsdale to FMB.
Kim was frustrated by the amount of plastic we are using in every day life and set out to find plastic free options. Her idea to open her own shop dedicated to a sustainble lifestyle was born and in 2020 the Zero Pantry opened it's doors. The Zero Pantry stocks dry goods, toiletries and cleaning products that you can use to refill your own containers time and time again, as well as helpful plastic free lifestyle items and locally produced ethical supplies.
At FMB we have been trying to do our bit by recycling, using bleach free recycled paper goods and avoiding plastic reusable items but we know there is still more we can do. We'd also like to hear about how we can do more at home.
Kim will take us on a tour through our homes and gardens with helpful ideas and alternative products. We are even going to make a natural cleaning product we can take away at the end!
